Unable to access pull request in jira

Unable to access this pull request in Jira, but in my users and roles i have access this project,

Even i have tried add my name in repo & branch  permission in bitbucket, doesn't work for me kindly advice in this

this issue is not related to project or repo permission but to APplication Link configuration between JIRA and Bitbucket.

Plase use the following troubleshooting guide https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/you-don-t-have-access-to-view-all-related-commits-please-contact-your-administrator-message-while-trying-to-view-commit-800694925.html setup OAuth (impersonation) as Local authentication.

This should solve your issue.

We have not upgraded the tool, but getting this error for few users

If error appears just for few users so, probably, issue is related to application access.

Please verify that those users can login within Bitbucket and then that they have permission to access project/repo
