Unable to access or use Forge app and Rovo agent developed via Forge by another user.

I am attempting to use a Forge app and associated Rovo agent that were developed and deployed by another user in our Atlassian environment. However, I am unable to access or utilize their functionality as intended. This appears to be due to permission or configuration issues restricting usage.

If the Forge app is deployed by a developer, other users can't use the app directly.  You need to enable sharing on the app.

Was the application deployed to your instance in the first place? If so, to which environment? After you have verified this, you should ask your developer about the permissions they have set.
