Unable to access my Jira Instance(Service Management). How do I get a hold of support?

I'm not able to access my Jira instance(Service Management). The loader on the page keeps spinning when I access the URL.

Are you paying for your subscription or using a free subscription?

Have you tried in another browser application, in a private browser window, or after clearing your browser cache?

Are other users experiencing the same problem?

What is the URL of the page that is stuck loading? Obscure the portion that identifies your specific site and any IDs that are included in the URL.

If you are on a Free subscription then you are not entitled to open support cases with the Atlassian technical support team.
