Unable to access my Jira Board, error:Page unavailable, AtlassianCloud site is currently unavailable

Currently, I do not see any open issue with Atlassian Jira and cloud sites seem to be running fine.

Please check if you are able to access the Jira site. If in case, it is still inaccessible, I suggest you raise the issue with the Atlassian support team.

I have raised the ticket as well but didn't get any response from the support team either.. Even I tried to follow up in the same email thread no luck

There is no contact number available. I would suggest you follow up on the ticket only.
