Unable to access jira tool

Hi Team,

I have downloaded the trail version of Jira, after installation, I am unable to access it on my localhost. Please help me out to resolve my problem. Would be thankful to you. Attached the screenshot for your reference.

There is no screenshot.

Could you expand on "unable to access it"?  What is the error message?  (or a blank browser window).  Have you checked Jira is running?
