Hello @Akhil Rao ,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :) Can you share your cloud site URL for us to check?
@Shalini Pradhan URL should be stated in the history of the question (I've removed as per forum guidelines). I believe you should be able to view the previous version of the post.

Hi @Shalini Pradhan,
This was the URL https://nthexception.atlassian.net/ we were accessing. I am not sure if its deactivated, if it is will it be possible to activate it please?
Thank you so much @Tomislav Tobijas.

Hi @Akhil Rao ,
Are you org or app admin for your site? If not, I would recommend reaching out to your IT department, Jira admin, or manager as they can probably point you in the right direction to raise this 👈
In forums, folks (incl. myself) are mainly fellow Atlassian users, so we don't have access to your instance, nor can we help with these kinds of requests.
If you're an app admin and suspect a system/platform issue, you could raise a ticket here: Atlassian Support 🎟️
Cheers,
Tobi

Apologies @Akhil Rao ... I'm not getting notifications for comments unless someone mentions me 👀
Shalini will mostly handle this and raise a ticket (or provide more info), but just for a future reference, if you have licensing questions or issues, you can raise a ticket through here: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing
Unlike classic support portal, billing questions do not require paid subscriptions and will not 'forward' you to community forums :)
