Unable to access bugs.mojang.com Jira account

I signed up for bugs.mojang.com a few years ago and saw one of my posts I would like to delete. However, I cannot access my account as I do not remember the password or username associated with it. I attempted to recover my account by selecting "I forgot my username" (selecting "I forgot my password" does not work either) and entering the email I think was associated with the account, but never received the email (yes, I have checked the junk/spam folders and did not receive the email). I am then redirected to a screen that notifies me that the email has been sent and instructs me to "contact Jira administrators if the email does not arrive." How do I contact the administrators?

Hi @Modest bob , there isn't any way we can determine you admin unfortunately. I suggest you go to that site and try to connect via the one of the available options.
