When trying to go to the JIRA Rest Browser, the page does not load. I'm trying to get more information on the Agile REST Service.

https://jira.atlassian.com/plugins/servlet/restbrowser#/

The error on the page is Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

This has been happening to me around Confluence 5.5. Anyone know if this affects Confluence? Pretty frustrating, it even happens when I create a new Confluence plug-in from scratch.

No issues on my side. Does it fail with all browsers? Have you tried it on a different network?

It's failing for me too. Tested with same result in IE, Chrome and Firefox.

$webResourceManager.getStaticResourcePrefix() doesn't evaluates in the URL
