Hello,

I created a Jira Cloud site for a personal project and added several tasks to it. For approximately one week, opening the site has displayed this message:

Page unavailable

Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.

Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team.

.”

It has been like that for about 2 weeks

Atlassian Status shows no general Jira incident. I also signed in to Atlassian Administration and checked Apps → Sites, but the site is not listed there.

This has been in a Free account. I do not remember whether the site was created with my current Atlassian account or another email address. I am checking my other accounts and previous Atlassian emails.

Could someone please clarify the following?

  1. Can an expired Jira Cloud trial cause the entire site to disappear from Apps → Sites?

  2. Is there a way to determine whether the site is deactivated, pending deletion, or already deleted?

  3. Can the Jira project and its tasks still be recovered if the trial recently expired?

  4. Is there a way for an Atlassian team member to check the site status using the site URL and Request ID?

Approximate date the site became unavailable: 01/08/2026

Site URL: https://datremi.atlassian.net/

I would like to recover the existing Jira project rather than create a replacement site.

Thank you.

Hi @José Aguilar

Because this involves specific billing adjustments or manual site restoration, The Atlassian Billing and Licensing team will need to handle this.

 - To get this resolved, please follow these steps to create a support ticket:

- Open a browser in Incognito/Private mode (this is important to ensure you aren't automatically logged into the suspended account).

- Go to the Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing, & Licensing | Atlassian.

- Under How can we help you?, select Quotes and Plan Changes.

- Under Choose a topic, select Change cloud plan.

- Fill in the details.

- If the message box isn't visible, click on “Need more help?” to make the description field and submit button appear.

In your description, please explain the situation and include a link to this forum post so the agent has all the context.
