Unable to access JIRA software in Azure VM's

Hi,

I have created a new domain with the name dt-*************.atlassian.net and am able to access the same in different systems other than Azure VM's. All the configuration have been made as per the Azure Troubleshoot documents. The access is being denied for all the browsers and to Node.js code (connecting JIRA through jira-connector npm module).

Please suggest on how to fix the same.
