Unable to access JIRA(Getting error as Incorrect username and Password)

Hi Team,
We didn’t used our JIRA instance since long back, now when I am trying to access JIRA instance, I am getting error as username & password incorrect and our username is Admin, So we don’t have option to reset password through mail. We tried to access through recovery mode as well it’s not working, and we don’t know that whether any other user existing in that JIRA with admin access or not.
Could you please help me if there is any other way to access JIRA instance?
