We use both Asana and Jira within our company, while our group company uses Jira.
We are trying to synchronize our internal Asana with the group company’s Jira.
As a test, we were able to successfully synchronize our internal Asana with our internal Jira using Asana for Jira Cloud.
However, we have not been able to synchronize our internal Asana with the group company’s Jira.
Here are the steps we took:
On the screen where "Asana for Jira Cloud is requesting access to your Atlassian account" is displayed,
we set the group company’s domain (***.atlassian.net) in the "Use app on" field.
Next, we launched Jira Cloud from Asana and tried to select the Jira project for synchronization,
but even after searching, the group company’s Jira projects did not appear.
Hi! Do you use IP allowlist in a Jira?
I found the following official Jira documentation page about configuring the allowlist:
Configuring the Allowlist
https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/configuring-the-allowlist-381255821.html
I’m planning to refer to this and ask our administrator to set it up.
