Hello @Maghsoud ghanat bari

I'm not sure that I understand your problem.

Is the problem that you cannot access your google account?

What do you mean by your "invisible" google account?

Or is the issue that you are have trouble accessing a Jira system to submit a ticket?

Is your google account a personal account you set up for yourself, or an account provided to your by an employer or educational institution?

We are a community of users, not administrators of the Jira instance you may be trying to access. So we cannot directly grant you access to that system. We can try to advise you on how to resolve access issue related to Atlassian, when we understand the parameters of your problem.

Hi @Trudy Claspill

Thank you for your response! Few days ago I got a job opportunity in Invisible company and they instructed me to open a google account (with employer extension not a personal account). I opened it and it was asking me to set 2-step verification and I did not do anything about it.

Yesterday, I could not access it and it gave the error "Your sign-in settings don’t meet your organization’s 2-Step Verification policy". I tried to create a ticket for this problem but it directed me to Jira platform and here I had to open another account but with that google account (that I cannot access).

I could not activate Jira account as it sent the activation code to the email that I do not have access. So, basically, I am trying to inform the situation to my company by creating a ticket. I cannot send ticket because I cannot activate my Jira account.

I would really appreciate if you help me to solve this problem.

Unfortunately we cannot help you solve your problems which appear to be:

1. Unable to access your Google account due to not having properly set up 2 step verification.

2. Unable to access the company's issue reporting platform because it requires you to have access to your Google account.

We are not admins for either the Google workspace or the Jira instance managed by that company.

You will need to contact the people at the Invisible company to request assistance with obtaining access to the Google account they told you to set up. I recommend that you reach out to the actual people that you have interacted with at that company, as it sounds like access to the Jira system requires you to have access to the Google account. They are also the only people that can make any changes to enable you to be able to access their Jira platform.
