Hi,
I created and set up my email account in my organization with Invisible, but I lost access to it. The message I receive is: "Your sign-in settings don’t meet your organization’s 2-Step Verification policy. Contact your admin for more info."
It also says: "If you encounter any problems or have questions about accessing or setting up your Invisible Google Account, please submit the applicable Onboarding Support Ticket in https://invisible.atlassian.net/ Jira." However, I cannot open a ticket because the verification code to open Jira is sent to my email, which I cannot access.
Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue?

Are you logging with your company email or with a personal email account?
I would recommend first contact with the Atlassian administrator and they should check the configuration of your Atlassian account.
If you are a managed account, they should try to change your email address.
