Unable to See User name, when I try to add them

Hi,

Even though as an admin ,I am unable to add the users to a Project but with this same role another can do, What might be the Issue ,Would you please can you help me out with this.

Hi @chakravarthysai mateti , thanks for your question.

I have understood you are saying you are a project administrator and you don't manage to search and find people to add to your project.

I believe you are lacking a Global permission -

Please ask your Jira administrator to verify if you have this global permission. If not, please ask them to grant the permission to you and try the task again, of adding new people to your project.
