Unable to Remove Jira and Confluence Products from Organization

Hi there,

I currently have Jira and Confluence products on the Free plan, and I would like to remove these products completely from my organization. However, I don’t see any option to deactivate or delete them.

When I go to admin.atlassian.com → Apps → Atlassian apps → Manage apps, it only shows groups. I do not see any option under Billing → Subscriptions to deactivate or remove the products.

Could you please guide me? I have already checked the documentation - no help

Hey @Monika Rani ,

New billing experience could be improved, that's for sure...

Anyway, if you navigate to admin.atlassian.com → Billing → select "Managed" on the app card, is there an option at the top to cancel the subscription?

There's also a known limitation for some billing profiles, as stated here: COMMERCE-76: Delete product option is not available in the new improved billing system and the workaround, as stated, would be to reach out to Atlassian Support (as a Champion, you could do it through forums as well) 👀

@Tomislav Tobijas Unfortunately, I can’t find this page or the option to cancel the subscription. I’ve done this before for my organizations, but this time I’m a bit stuck 🙂
