Our admin added me as a contributor, but I am not receiving the invitation emails. I have checked my junk/spam folders as well, but nothing has arrived.
Could you please check what might be causing this issue and help us resolve it?

Hi Minji,
Sometimes the email address gets put on Atlassian's suppression list for some reason. I suggest you open a support ticket with them to see if that is the case.
