I have a couple of different teams I've created in Next-Gen but it seems I am unable to @ mention any team within tickets. Each team is open and has members.
Any help and insight would be greatly appreciated!
It seems I may have found the answer myself. When I create a new ticket using the blue, "Create" button located in the top nav bar I am not able to @ the team. Once the ticket is created, I can @ the team. I'll share this feedback with the Atlassian support team as a feature request to hopefully streamline this a bit more.
