We have 10 users and unable to login our free jira instance.

Please help.

Hi Anuradha Yadav as the message shows, the site has been temporarly suspended due to billing problems. If you are the site admin, navigate to admin.atlassian.com to resolved the problem. if not, ask your site administrator to resolve the problem for you.
