Unable to Export the Jira items ( List of Jira's )

I am getting below error while trying to Export the dump

There is an active incident that's affecting the ability to export work items. You may create a support ticket to get further updates.

The teams working on it would be assessing the impact and it may be published on the Statuspage once their assessment is done.

No, It will give back the older version but doesn't help for my issue, how can I get support from Jira team...?

Did you connect with your IT to see if the websocket protocol is supported in your company network.

Otherwise to contact Atlassian Support, you need to be at least Jira administrator
