Unable to Edit logged work.

I am unable to edit logged work on JIRA. Although, permission has been given to any logged-in user, as you can see in the following image. Any help please? Screen Shot 2019-12-17 at 5.05.11 PM.png

I have never experienced this. Here are the steps I would suggest:

test with a different project
check with other users to see if the experience the same
check if the admin can edit the work log
if all of the above fail reach out to Atlassian Support. It may be a bug.
