Unable to Create Software project

Not able to create a Software Project In JIRA. I only see below options. I am using trail software.

You either haven't got Software installed, or it is not licenced. Go to Admin -> Manage applications to check the status.

I am using an evaluation License. I need to demo it to my manager before getting the license.

The message under Jira Software confirms what I suspected - you have not got a licence for it. Get an evaluation licence and add that to it.
