Unable to Create Atlassian Jira Site (Error with Anonymous ID)

Hello,

I am trying to create a new Atlassian Jira site, but the setup process consistently fails with the following message:

We ran into a little trouble. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Anonymous ID: cdbd6395-f89f-5a0d-17ca-54d46a75cd0c)

I have attempted several troubleshooting steps, including:

• Switching between different Google accounts and email accounts

• Using both a mainland China IP and a Japan/HongKong proxy IP

• Using browser incognito/private mode

None of these attempts resolved the issue.
Could you please help investigate and enable me to complete the site creation?
