Unable to Clear Defaults on the View Resolutions Administration Page.

Jira could not complete this action due to a missing form token.

You may have cleared your browser cookies, which could have resulted in the expiry of your current form token. A new form token has been reissued.

I resolved this on my own by tricking the system with a work around.  I added a new resolution value, <select>.  I set this new value as default.  I deleted this resolution value.  As a result, no value is set as the default.
