We have a active ticket, the assigned user already left his current position, we'd like to assign it to other user, however, I'm unable to do that, it show's this field can't be edit.
I have global admin and project admin permission, no idea where to change it.
Also, some more ticket assign to this user as well, is there any way to bulk change thee assignee?

Hi Jack,
Make sure that the field is on the Edit screen.
