Unable move issues to new sprint

I could move sub-tasks, but I cannot move an Issue to the next Sprint. And the auto-moveforward on Sprint completion gets error.

Sub-tasks are not sprint items, so I am not sure what you mean by "could move sub-tasks".

Where are you moving an issue to the next sprint? Do you mean in the backlog?

We can't help you with an "error on auto move forward" unless you tell us what it is.
