Dear Sir or Miz,

I hope you are doing well.

I have an issues of JIRA.

I'm unable to change the status, for example from with Market to With Global.

An error message is displayed when you move the cursor.

I would like to operate this.

I appreciate it if you could revise it, if possible.

Best regards,

Hi @Takao Hoshino

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Ajay is correct, the message strongly suggests checking the Transition Issues permission first.

I would also ask your Jira administrator to check the specific workflow transition from that status. A workflow can have conditions that restrict a transition to particular users, roles, groups, or assignees, so having the general Transition Issues permission does not necessarily mean every workflow transition is available.

So I would check both the Transition Issues permission and the workflow transition conditions.

Regards,
Gor

Hi @Takao Hoshino ,

You are unable to change the issue status because you do not have the "Transition Issues" permission in the project. Please contact your Jira site administrator and request the required permission to update the issue status.

Hey @Takao Hoshino ,

Really quickly, apart from what Ajay and Gor said, this can also be cause by workflow properties or, potentially, some third-party app restrictions. 👀 Although, it's most likely one of 'first three.'

Anyway, your Jira admin should be able to assist you with this. 🎟️

Cheers,
Tobi
