Is there a URL to get to a backlog given just a project key?

e.g.

https://ourserver.com/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?projectKey=UGCC&backlog

(assuming all tickets are created with the "UGCC-" prefix)

Or even just to jump to the JIRA board for tickets of that type?

Having no luck searching on this...

Nope.  Projects do not have backlogs.  Backlogs are part of a board, and a board can be drawing in issues from many projects.  You can't jump straight to a board given an issue key either - an issue could be visible on many boards, so Jira can't know which one to take you to.
