We recently updated our JIRA instance and with the new version, we are unable to export any hyperlink to the actual ticket in excel since it saves only as CSV file. i dont know why this change was made as just a text export is not atall helpful. how can we enable hyperlinks in the exported version and how can we enable a XLSX file save for export?
