Hello Everyone,
I am the admin for brightnext.atlassian.net. My site was deactivated due to inactivity. I am trying to restore it within the grace period, but the standard support form is rejecting my URL as invalid.
I cannot log in to the admin hub to reactivate it myself. Could a Community Leader or Atlassian staff member please help me open a ticket to recover this site before the data is permanently purged?
Site URL: brightnext.atlassian.net
Regards,
Team BrightNext
Hi @Brightnext Technology , have you opened a support ticket with Atlassian Support using the Billing option? This is your best option for free tiers.
I am not able to open ticket because my URL is not being accepted. I am new to JIRA as I am not purely IT background and was trying it out for evaluating and ended up putting alot of data inside. Now, After few months I am unable to find it at all.

I understand, but in this matter, time is key.
Here Note from this Topic:
Atlassian reserves the right to deactivate your Free Cloud app’s data (e.g. Jira and Confluence) due to inactivity. Any data associated with this Free Cloud app will be permanently deleted soon after. We will send notifications prior to any Free Cloud app deactivation and data deletion."

Only Atlassian can confirm that, but if it has been a couple of months, I’d be worried that the data has already been deleted and can’t be restored, since data retention for free accounts after deactivation is usually very short.
