URGENT: my team lost access to JIRA and Confluence

this morning  we found that we can not reach our JIRA and confluence projects

when I try to use my admin account alex.saraykin@clevercraft.net, I am getting message

Your access has been revoked

Can you help me?

One of your admins has removed you from the login groups, or you have not paid your subscription and the service has been shut down (although I would expect a different error message in that case).

Contact your administrators or owners of the system to see what they have done to remove your access.

access restored but can you provide me with more details on this? the problem is that as far as I know I am the only admin in GSuite and all services have autopayment option enabled

what to understand what went wrong in order to avoid it in future since access to JIRA is critical for our business process

No, I don't know what your admins did, or if there were a problem with your Cloud systems.
