URGENT: Locked out of Atlassian Organization – sole Org Admin left company (Free plan)

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

We are using Jira Cloud Free.

The only Atlassian Organization Admin for our site has left the company and is no
longer reachable. We cannot access admin.atlassian.com.

All official support and account-recovery forms are unavailable or return blank
pages, and email support is disabled.

Requesting Atlassian staff to escalate this to Account Recovery so Organization
Admin access can be reassigned.

Hi Hitesh,

As you are probably already realizing, you need multiple Org Admins for an Atlassian site. At least two. Once this gets resolved, please take care of that. 

With that being said and since you are on a Free subscription, let me see if someone from Atlassian can come help. Please be patient.
