UPM show to upgrade to lesser version

Hi,

just upgraded to 8.1.0 but UPG still show me to upgrade to newer version while I also manually upgraded t0 4.0.4.

Got Installed version:4.0.4 / Available version:3.0.3

The issue you’re reporting has been found to be a defect in the deployment of Jira causing the incorrect version of the UPM to be shipped leading to incompatible add-ons and confusion when going to upgrade the UPM. This bug may be found at UPM-5985. We would suggest you vote and watch this request to receive future updates on its status.
