TypeError: 'undefined' is not a function (evaluating 'A.ui.ddmanager.dragStart(this,C)')

When trying to drag a new status in the workflow we get the following Javascript error:

Our JIRA Version: JIRA v6.2

We have tried this in:

Firefox (Apple OSX, Ubuntu)

IE 10 (Windows)

Safari (OSX)
