Two way sync Jira Cloud <-> MS Teams

Hi,

How can I configure a two-way sync Jira Cloud between MS Teams?

The answer can be third-party solutions :)

I have a bunch of customers’ channels, one channel for each customer.

E.g., when I have a ticket from customer Contoso, I would like to open a thread to talk about the specific ticket DNX-0123. Every message exchanged on this thread will automatically synchronize with the Jira Ticket and vice versa. When a customer or my Service Desk agent adds a comment to the Jira ticket, it will appear in the Teams thread.

Can we achieve this scenario?

Cheers, Wilson

Hello, Good day. Please refer to the following link for the builtin option. https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-articles/Jira-with-Microsoft-Teams-how-to-integrate-and-boost/ba-p/2444539

@Wilson Lima

First, I would try to solve this with the built-in integration mentioned by @Mohanraj Thangamuthu.

But, with integrations, often times Atlassian only builds a fairly basic feature set that solves the basic needs and tries to keep complexity low. If you need something more than that, then there may be Marketplace apps with an extended feature set. For MS Teams, there are several apps exist, you may want to check those!
