Two orgs - Same names

I have two orgs, same name, one has all the products, and the other is empty.

What is your question on this topic?

Do the Organizations have different IDs showing in the URL field in the browser? 

Perhaps Atlassian doesn't require Organization names to be unique. I've not actually tested that to determine if that is the case.

I have now tested this and, in fact, Atlassian Cloud does not require the visible names of Organizations to be unique. So it is possible to have multiple Organizations with visible names that are identical and unique underlying IDs.
