Two Dimensional Filter Statistics Gadget Error under Dashboard

Hi,

When I am trying to use the "Two Dimensional Filter Statistics" Gadget under Dashboard, it shows loading for almost a day and nothing appear to be displayed. 

And simultaneously, when I am clicking on "Edit" gadget I do not get any option to configure the "Two Dimensional Filter"

I am using JIRA Version 7.1.4- Server Side.

Hi,

Are you possible loading a large amount of data into the gadget? Can you delete the gadget and re-add and reconfigure?  Can you show us a what you have configured?
