Is there a way to disable or give us the option to turn off either system wide or on a per user basis (by a custom setting that each can set) the Page preview that pops up either on your screen or within the same browser tab?
I can't even hold control and click the URL to a confluence page without these previews popping up. They create extra steps/Clicks when I'm just trying to open up the confluence page that a Jira issue is connected to.
@Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_ Has it correct. The Jira Ticket/Work item is referenced in a confluence page. The reference page/link shows up in our Jira work item which makes it easy and rather fast to find the page within confluence.
Thank you for the answer Aaron.
I'll repost my question/want in a feature request as no one in our dept uses this preview feature (most do not like it at all) and quite frankly makes people very much miss our on prem Jira servers.

@Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_ / @Adam Schoenemann ~ you could always right-click and open in new tab....not ideal but it works.

Adam mentions the confluence link in Jira(unless I got it backward?)
When a Jira work item is mentioned in a confluence page, Jira will create a link with MENTIONED ON. That link will have a preview.
A normal web link from Jira wont have the preview.
