Trying to view or add apps results in a 404 error

Today, I had to change the name of my Atlassian subdomain. I exported my previous project, unsubscribed the previous subdomain, created a new subdomain, and imported the issues into a new project. Everything (even the in-progess sprint) imported correctly, except the easy agile app and the associated sprint visualizer tab. When I click on Apps > View app requests, it gives a 404 error (the URL generated is https://pbe-participation-tracker.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/com.atlassian.jira.emcee/app-requests). When I try to go through settings to add the easy agile app, I can get to the "Try it for free" screen where I select which project I want to apply it to, but that also returns a 404 error when I try to submit.

I don't know if it was a some problem on Atlassian's side that took a day to resolve, or if it was because I unsubscribed from the easy agile on the previous subdomain (I guess you have to unsubscribe the subdomain and the apps on that subdomains), but my issue is resolved.
