Trying to set up jira software so our team can begin work.

Hello,
All I'm trying to do is set up my scrum board so thatI can start creating agile tickets and my team and I can begin work. It seems like there are a ton of steps just to even get it started. 

Im on a Mac and I believe I have just started paying for JIRA Software (Server) 10 Users: Starter License.

I think the issue is that Im on Server and I need to be on cloud, not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

If you purchased a Server License, you will need to purchase a Cloud Site instead. You can speak with licensing about a refund. However, there's nothing you can do as you've payed for the wrong product. Buy the right one.

Jira Server means running the service on your own hardward and systems. You should find the application setup typical to other systems.

Jira Cloud is the SaaS product that can be used online only.

I figured that was the issue just wanted to make sure. I suppose now it would be talking to Atlasssian directly for a transfer of funds.
