Trying to remove context field (added by plug-in) from Issue Details View

I am trying to remove the highlighted fields from Issue Details View for my project. It looks like these context fields are created by the plug-in...  The Development section is from Github plug-in. For the Epic Roll-up Summary, it looks like it's from a report.  Is there a section (I.e. Screen) within the global admin where I can remove these fields for specifically for my project? It look like the fields created by the plug-in are defaulted to all the projects. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just to add to Aaron's answer, the development section can be removed, you just have to go into Project settings > Features and disable Code under Development.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have disabled 'Code' under Development:

Unfortunately, it is still showing up. Do you have any other suggestions?

Most Plugins do not allow to modify/hide those fields. If the plugin doesn't give you the ability to do it (under their configuration) Then it is not possible.

The documentation doesn't say anything about it:
