Trying to install the Github and Azure Devops plugin and the post-install stage just spins

On the post install page for both of these plugins, I just get a spinning wheel.

I can't actually configure them.

Anyone else getting this or know what to do to get it working? I've tried Incognito/Private browser to make sure there weren't browser extensions causing issues.

If you have got this working maybe please just leave a comment or something so I know I'm not the only one wandering in this wilderness
