Trying to import from Trello but the boards aren't showing

I'm trying to import our Trello boards to Jira. Trello labels Jira as an "unknown application."

This comes up when I tried exporting it. As you can see our boards don't show up.

Any ideas? I've redone it multiple times and it still doesn't work. Could it be a bug?
