Trying to build an email automation

Hello,

This automation that i am trying to build will list all the tickets for the respective assignees working across multiple projects and drop an email to the individual assignee every week on a Monday morning and letting them know the task and activities they have in their bucket.

Approach I tried :

Creating a filter subscription

Creating a dashboard using the filter subscription

Would really appreciate if anyone can help me with alternate solutions and approaches that i can use to achieve the above objective?

Based on what you've described, I'd say that Notification Assistant for Jira might be an alternative for you to reach out your goal:

It might help you even personalizing the content of the notifications if needed.
