Troubleshoot Error - Failure: Failed to create Confluence page for unknown reason

We are using Jira with a plugin called Automated Release Notes. This has the ability to create a template and run a rule that will create a page in Confluence. 

We're receiving an error when running the rule. Logs show the following:

Failure: Failed to create Confluence page for unknown reason 

I've looked on the forums and done some googling but haven't found a solution. Any ideas?
