Troubles at login with our Corporte emails into Jira

Hi,
I have an issue accessing Jira. We had access with an alias account but then it was asking for 2-factor authenticator which is not possible since the accounts were only created for accessing the tool they don't belong to our company.
Since then we have created Services Accounts (!corpitsvcITTester@lionbridge.com) and one contractor account (v-DADK.Tester@lionbridge.com) but we are receiving the following error message when trying to login into Jira:
AADSTS50105: The signed in user 'v-DADK.Tester@lionbridge.com' is not assigned to a role for the application 'e353ff9b-343d-4dc4-b0ac-dd65943596a8'(Atlassian Cloud SSO).
Can you help us to solve this issue?
