Trouble with Trello to Jira migration - Users not mapped on cards/comments

When migrating a Trello board with a handfull users as owners/tagged and having a bunch of comments, they all appear as "Former user" in the new Jira project.

We have checked the mail address of the users and they are the same in both systems.

Any ideas?

When a user appears as Former User in Jira, it means that they had an account and it was deleted, so to protect their personal information, instead of showing the full name, for example, Angelica da Luz [Inactive], it shows Former User.
Can you please check on Administration > Users if they are active?
Is the Former User appearing on the comments or on Assignee/Reporter?
Would it be possible to delete a user and then invite them again with the same email address to test if the full name will appear correctly? If you have a test user it would be great to test this behaviour.
