Trigger bamboo build on release of a jira version

I am working on testing a migration from Jira server to Jira cloud and although I have linked our local Bamboo installation to the Jira cloud setup, I still cannot select to build when releasing a jira version.

Can anyone point me to documentation that explains how to do this?

I am not sure if it is the "best" way, but it would surely work.

Use an automation rule:

• trigger: Version released
• action: if Bamboo provides a REST API to start the build (it probably does), use Send request
