Trial license

It is not possible to create trial licenses, I have this error although I am connected :

If I got it right, you're trying to generate a new DC trial license via my.atlassian.com? Are you logged in to your account?

Also, have you tried using a different browser and trying to generate the license? There might be some issues with cache/cookies.
