Trial Extension

Greetings team,

Kindly note that We are planning a migration to cloud for one of our clients, we started a free cloud migration site, and we are looking to add a trial for the apps to generate a quote and test the migration to cloud, before migrating by February.

Will it be possible to extend the app trial after the 30 days initial one during our cloud migration testing? For around additional 60 days.

As you are an existing customer and migrating to cloud, you can have a Free cloud Migration Trial which let you plan and test migrations at your own pace. Check this link
(recommended to use your customer/partner registered account to show your eligibility options)

• For the Apps, usually vendors allow for 6 times renewal, check this link for script runner as an example
• I would recommends to list all your apps/plugins and check each of the vendors' site about the trial extension policy.
• As you are in the Assessment/Testing phase and you are migrating from Server or Data Center version, please ensure that the plugins/apps you are using has a version for the cloud. You can verify that through Atlassian Marketplace
• You can also refer to Atlassian Cloud Migration Guide, that will help you during different migration phases
